what began as a small experiment in our front garden quickly turned into something bigger: a love for watching something grow from scratch. the simple joy of sprinkling a seed, giving it a little care, and seeing it flourish sparked an idea: what if more people could feel that same joy?
that’s why we created sprinkle seeds. we’re here to make growing your own plants and produce easy, exciting, and a little bit addictive (in the best way). every month, we deliver handpicked seeds, simple instructions, and a sprinkle of encouragement, because watching something grow never gets old.

everything that arrives at your door is compostable, plantable, recyclable, biodegradable or reusable. we want to leave no trace once you’ve opened your monthly package. we’re proud to partner with UK-based companies for our eco-friendly, sustainable packaging, keeping our carbon footprint low and your growing journey green from the very start.
envelopes
made from a renewable marine resource that was once considered waste from seaweed processing. our envelopes are entirely natural, circular and home compostable. (the postage labels are completely recyclable, too).
seed packets
our compostable, food-grade glassine seed packets are made from PEFC-certified pure pine wood cellulose. they’re fully biodegradable and break down the CO2, H20 and biomass to help make new plants.
inserts
our welcome and monthly inserts are crafted from biodegradable seed paper. submerge the paper in water for 24 to 48 hours, to initiate the germination process. transfer the soaked seed paper onto the surface of potted compost. press it into the surface and water regularly – keep soil moist but not water logged. now keep in a warm place with natural light and watch the wildflowers grow.

our high-quality seeds are all sourced from certified and registered UK-based seed suppliers.
tissue paper
the chlorine-free, vegan tissue paper that’s carefully protecting your seeds is crafted from recycled materials and can be recycled or composted. plus, the sticker that’s holding it together is made from a sugarcane byproduct (bagasse) that’s biodegradable and compostable, too.
mini prints
printed on biodegradable paper that’s completely tree-free and made from a combination of elephant poop and residual cotton fibres.
pop your packaging, tissue paper and seed packets into your home compost (or recycle them), plant the inserts, and sort everything else into your recycling bin.
