please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website or subscribing to our monthly seed box service. by accessing or using the site, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

this website is operated by sprinkle seeds, registered in the united kingdom.

1. overview

sprinkle seeds provides a monthly subscription service delivering curated seed packets and growing guides to your door. these terms govern your use of our website and the subscription services we offer.

2. eligibility

to use our services, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old.

  • provide accurate personal, payment, and delivery information.

  • use the service only for lawful personal or household purposes (not resale or commercial distribution).

3. subscription service

  • monthly delivery: when you subscribe, you’ll receive a new seed box each month until you cancel.

  • billing: you will be charged automatically each month on the same calendar date as your initial purchase (e.g. the 5th of each month).

  • cut-off date: orders placed on or before the 20th of the month will receive that month’s box. orders after the 20th will begin with the following month’s box.

4. prices and payment

  • all prices are listed in GBP and include VAT.

  • we reserve the right to adjust prices, with at least 14 days’ notice via email.

  • payments are processed securely via our payment provider. by subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.

5. cancellation and pausing

  • you may cancel or pause your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

  • to avoid being charged for the next month, cancellations must be made before your next billing date.

  • if you cancel after being billed, your cancellation will apply to the following month.

6. refunds and returns

  • as our seed boxes contain perishable, customised goods, we do not accept returns once a box has been dispatched.

  • if your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

  • refunds are issued at our discretion.

7. shipping

  • we ship across the UK. delivery is typically within 3–7 working days of dispatch.

  • we are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. postal strikes, weather conditions).

  • you are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

8. your account

  • you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

  • you agree not to use another person’s account or impersonate anyone else while using the site.

9. intellectual property

all content on sprinkleseeds.co.uk, including logos, images, copy, and product design, is the property of sprinkle seeds. you may not reproduce or reuse any content without our written permission.

10. privacy

we value your privacy. please refer to our privacy policy for full details on how we collect, use and protect your data in compliance with UK GDPR.

11. right to cancel 

as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel your first order from the date you receive your first box. if you cancel within this period and return the item (if applicable), you are entitled to a full refund.

this right does not apply to subsequent boxes or to goods that deteriorate quickly or are customised (e.g. seed boxes curated for the month).

12. changes to these terms

we reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. we will notify you of significant changes via email. continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.

13. limitation of liability

we are not liable for:

  • any indirect or consequential losses.

  • any issues resulting from user misuse of our products.

  • loss due to factors outside our control, including delays by third-party carriers.

nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of england and wales. disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
